Embattled Bakgatla leader Kgafela Kgafela II is expected to appeal to the Supreme or Constitutional court following a meeting with his legal representatives last week Friday.

Kgafela’s defence had wanted Mafikeng High Court to pronounce who is the rightful Moruleng chief between him and his uncle Nyalala Pilane.

The North West province Premier heads the commission and also elects members.
