Batshu is serving notice until the end of February 2008. Batshu who was stationed at the Francistown Court had only served the court for a few months.

He started his new job on October 1, 2007. "It is true and I can confirm that I have asked the Permanent Secretary in the MoLG that I am terminating the appointment as member of the Customary Court of Appeal by end of February for personal reasons," Batshu said.
