'The churches are worse than alcohol abuse'

Kgosi Sekai Linchwe, and Kgosi Kgafela II's personal assistant Kgosi Bogopa Linchwe have accused some Christian denominations operating in Kgatleng of extortion and witchcraft. The Bakgatla royals say these denominations are up to their eyeballs in iniquities worse than alcohol abuse.

"These challenges are not easily perceived by the unsuspecting and gullible members of the public," said Kgosi Sekai in an interview in Mochudi. "They stand out as the most difficult challenges and require responses that may not be appreciated by some people.

"This is a new and perhaps more sinister challenge in Kgatleng, especially here in Mochudi, one worse than alcohol abuse."
