NOTICE is hereby given that National Development Bank intends to apply for a certified copy of Covering Mortgage Bond No. 1161/1996 dated 21st November 1996 passed by Mokowe Properties (Proprietary) Limited over:-

CERTAIN: piece of land being Tribal Lot 1193 Tlokweng

SITUATE: at Tlokweng in the Batlokwa Tribal Territory

MEASURING: 1.0001 Ha. (One decimal Zero Zero Zero One Hectares)

HELD: under Memorandum of Agreement of Lease No. TL70/95 dated 28th February 1995 in favour of MOKOWE PROPERTIES (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED

SUBJECT: to the reservations and conditions contained in the aforesaid Agreement

Any person having an objection to the issue of such a copy is hereby required to lodge same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at Gaborone within 3 (three) weeks of the last publication of this notice.
