Twerking fails to keep Nigerias Lillian in the game

It was clear from the onset that Lillian was using her twerking skill as part of her strategy, as she twerked her way through everything, while making it perfectly clear that she was putting on a show for Africa to appreciate her “skill”.

The unfortunate part about this reality show is that no one can point out what the viewers want, as what interested them in the previous season, might not necessarily interest them in the next season. Some contenders previously won because of their wayward behaviour, while certain housemates who mimicked this conduct were criticised and voted out.

Regrettably, when it came to the real business of the day, Lillian’s twerking failed to garner her enough votes to keep her in the house.

The ‘twerker’ was obviously surprised when she heard her name called in the line with, “You have been evicted from the Big Brother house.” She even told the presenter IK that she was shocked which ascertained that she did not expect her BBA journey to end so soon, what with all her vigorous twerking.

If the evicted contestants were given a second chance to enter the house, Lillian would probably go easy on the twerking.

The Nigerian lass, was evicted alongside the energetic Esther from Uganda and Kenya’s Sabina. Lillian and Esther did not receive any country vote, while Sabina received one country vote, but she had the lowest votes in terms of percentage votes, which is used every time there is a tie.  Big Brother had to apply the tiebreaker rule since the four of the nominated housemates received one vote each.

The sassy Esther was always energetic in the House, putting on a performance every opportunity she got. However, the housemates who nominated her said her energetic nature was annoying.  Sabina also had a hard time accepting that her game had come to an end.

She even told IK that she suspected that there was another house, and her eviction was just one of Big Brother’s pranks. IK however burst her bubble by assuring her that the eviction was real.
