This time around, Oscar Mbo will not be alone but he will be headlining the event alongside South African songwriter and singer Russell Zuma.
Full name Oscar Mbongeni Ndlovu, the South African DJ creates and plays house music within its sub-genres of deep/soulful house, nu-jazz, chill-out, lounge and break-beats. He is best known for his founding and starring roles in the podcast, The Ashmed Hour Show. He is also founder and one of the creatives at Golden Boys Entertainment.
Russell Zuma on the other hand began his music career by being a backup singer for Lucky Mgadi and went on to further his music knowledge at Bet Centre under the tutelage of Xolisa Dlamini (Vocals), Sfaniso Bophela (Music Business) and the late Theo Bophela (Music Theory).
He was later chosen to be the lead vocalist for BET Centre school band, performing at places such as Playhouse and the Durban University of Technology (DUT).
He is currently working with Abidoza and Kabza De Small on their coming projects. The line-up for local acts include DJ Bunny, DJ Chopsy, Hapex Guru and DJ KRM just to name but a few.
The last time out, the event managed to attract a huge crowd of the upper class citizens of Gaborone popularly known as MaGaborone. In an interview, the event organizer, Boitumelo Tau said Let's Out Party is a lifestyle event, which brings a lifetime experience to people who love music and good fun. “This is for people who love chilled vibes. This event is very clean and organisers take pride in the setup and quality of everything that they deliver.
The theme is all black everything,” she further revealed.
