Something Big (Miss Supranational organisers) spokesperson, Kaone Moremong said as part of the preparations, the queen underwent various trainings including etiquette coaching, fitness wellbeing, public speaking coaching, image and personal branding as well as intensive make-up tutorials. She added that their team also has in-house experts that ensure that Moses gets the mentorship she needs. Furthermore, Moremong explained that the queen also received training from a pageantry expert in South Africa who trained various Miss South Africa national queens and represented the country well at major international pageants such as the Miss World and the Miss Universe. She said the queen also underwent an intensive crush course of make-up application.

“Locally, we have been assisting her to develop her project called 'Thari'. We have been busy working closely with her to create content for the international competition platforms. The team has been building on a strategy that will be rolled out from June 8, 2023 which we are confident will create a buzz about our queen as the official online voting opens. Thus far, we have launched her official social media hashtag #Dabilowins,” she said. Moremong further pointed out that they were in negotiations with various potential sponsors for her international performance, her project as well as her media campaigns that would intensify as the voting starts.

She added that Moses' part of wardrobe was ready also saying that the queen would consult with designers who would contribute to it in the next coming weeks. She said most of her wardrobe designers would be announced in the next few weeks. Although their preparations seem on track, Moremong indicated that their biggest challenge remains securing financial assistance to accomplish some of the tasks needed for Moses' international performance. She added that the international pageantry was a huge opportunity for the country as it would be participating for the first time. “As a team, we have set the standard high and do not want to compromise them. We want to debut with a 'big bang' for lack of a better word, so that our country leaves a big impact of who Botswana is to the international community. This pageant is so huge such that over 100 million people in 140 countries watched the finale show in 2022, therefore we would like a big portion of this audience to pay much attention to our representative and our country,” she said.

Moremong also said Miss Supranational 2023 queen departs for the international pageant in Poland on June 23, 2023 where she will be participating in various competition activities. The coronation will be on July 14. She also pleaded with the public to support the queen by sharing and liking all her posts across all social media platforms. “The World ought to feel our presence as together we can make an impact. There is also the Miss Supranational App that we ask Batswana to upload. This is where they get to vote for her so that she can advance to the next stages of the competition. We are inviting all interested sponsors and partners to contact us so that we work together to give our queen a winning chance. All support, in kind and in monetary is welcome,” Moremong pleaded.
