The duo notes that for them, The Place Lounge offers its customers more than food and drinks; it offers classy entertainment accompanied by delicious delicacies aimed at enhancing entertainment in the village.
“Our product offering centres on creating value for our customers,” the pair told Monitor Business. “We are meticulous on how we care for customers and we go the extra mile in making sure every minute spent in The Place is a moment not to forget.”
The enthusiastic entrepreneurs further said that since it opened its doors, the Lounge has enjoyed positive market traction with a warm response from the locals who always turn up in numbers, hungry for the entertainment they have always longed for. Currently the business enjoys market dominance in hosting corporate events for both the private sector and government and has deeply entrenched itself in the catering industry, providing services to major corporations in the vicinity.
“With just a few months in operations, we have gained market growth in our customer base beyond the locals to encompassing corporations in Serowe and we have delivered exceptionally in our offerings,” the management said. One of the Lounges comparative strategies used to gain market dominance is the promotion of its infamous karaoke nights, introducing a different type of entertainment that the locals are happy to enjoy.
