The event will be held on July 6, 2024. Kaone Moremong of Something Big said Barobetse will be in Poland for close to a month engaging in various activities leading to the finale and also visiting tourist attraction centres. She said the queen’s wardrobe, including a range of evening looks, cocktail dresses, casual wear, and glamorous gowns, was nearly complete.

She stated that Miss Supranational had six designers who have been putting together her wardrobe adding that the queen was ready to make her country proud. She also explained that while some wardrobe sponsors have been secured, additional sponsorship is still being sought.

Moremong also said the Miss Supranational Botswana licence holders, Something Big, are currently covering all expenses related to the queen’s participation at the finale. “Baboletse’s project, 'A Heart Can (Pelo Bokgoni), aims to end stigma against people living with disabilities and provide support and platforms for them to showcase their talents and skills. She firmly believes that as long as one has a heartbeat, one can achieve whatever one sets their mind to. She is very ready. She has been going through very intensive training in etiquette, public speaking, walk training and mindset preparations. We also are completing an amazing wardrobe for her. As an organisation, we are building her to be an inspirational leader. At the end of her reign she should be able to lead other young women to success,” she explained Moremong also pointed out that their biggest challenge has always been sponsorship that enables the acquisition and affordability of the necessities.

She pleaded with Batswana to visit the Miss Supranational page to vote, like, and share her content, adding that many competition challenges and activities will be conducted through the Miss Supranational website and YouTube channels. Furthermore, she urged Batswana to go to Sir Seretse Khama International Airport in large numbers on Sunday from 12am to bid the queen farewell.
