Letshwiti's challengers vetted out

Masego Nchingane and Tariq Babitseng had shown interest in standing for the position, but their applications have been considered unsuccessful by the electoral committee. The latest development means that the current BFA president, Maclean Letshwiti, will run for his third term unopposed. As a result, he will now become the first BFA president to win a third consecutive term. Meanwhile, the electoral committee has also announced that Maokaneng Bontshetse and Tico Kamati will stand unopposed for the positions of vice president one and two respectively. However, Goemeone Tebele, Normal Sebele, Bathusi Rathari, Vincent Mafuta, Rabbie Tshosa and Moreotsile Juta will battle for the positions of additional members. Suzie Montsho and Thabang Shadikong will stand for the positions of additional female member.
