The property is situated in Bakwena Tribal Territory, measuring 708m2 (Seven Hundred and Eight Square Metres), held under Memorandum of Lease No. TL 1693/2013 dated 20th November 2013 made in favour of TEBOGO GAEALAFSHWE together with developments thereon comprising of two (2) semi-detached houses each comprising of 2 bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom and toilet and a separate house comprising of , 2 bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom and toilet. All the houses are not fitted. The piece of land has a boundary wall.
