PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: Certain piece of land being Lot 40267, Gaborone, situate in the Gaborone West Extension 43, measuring 541m2 (Five Hundred and Fourty-One Square Metres) which is held under Deed of Transfer No 60/22 dated 19th day of January 2022 made in favour of DEANDRA NICOLE NINA VAN DER COLFF together with the developments thereon being a 3 (Three) bedrooms, sitting room, fitted kitchen, common bathroom and toilet, wooden cottage, paved, half lawn and screen wall with electric fence.
