TO; MANTSI PILANE an adult female of full legal capacity employed by the 1st defendant as a Director of P O BOX 493 ABG, Sebele, Gaborone whose further and better particulars are to Plaintiff unknown.

You are hereby summoned to appear before the Francistown High Court on the 18th of September 2024 at 0900 hours to show cause why a decree of civil imprisonment should not be made against you at the suit of AR5 [PTY] LTD (hereinafter called “the Plaintiff”) in respect of the non-payment of the sum of P362 930.00 [Three Hundred and Sixty Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty Pula], Interest thereon at the rate of 10% per annum from date of service of summons to date of final payment, 10% Collection Commission of any instalment paid after granting of judgment, costs of suit on an attorney and client scale, which Plaintiff recovered by the order of this Court dated 27th December 2023.
