EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PLOT 16076, FRANCISTOWN (TATI RIVER LODGE)

ON BEHALF OF THE PROVISIONAL LIQUIDATOR OF TATI RIVER LODGE, CARAVAN & CAMPING (PTY) LTD, GOO BENG (PTY) LTD t/a BRE ADVISORY (BREAD) invites the public to express interest for the acquisition of Plot 16076 Francistown (Tati River Lodge).

The terms and conditions of this Expression of Interest are as follows:

1. The property is fully developed with the following improvements:

*Reception and Administration Block

*Four Conference Rooms

79 rooms - Presidential, Executive, Suites, Studios

*A La Carte Restaurant with a Bar and Dining Area and a second Restaurant Block

*Swimming Pool with Change Room and Pool Side Bar

*3x Porta Cabins

*Caravan and Camp Site with 3x detached Camp Houses, a Storeroom and Ablution Block, and Carports

2. The property is fully serviced with plumbing and boreholes, electrical and mechanical equipment and services, sewerage systems and internal roads.

3. The property will be transferred under a remaining term of a 50-year Fixed Period State Grant, of which the current owner holds 27 years.

4. The Reserve Price is P40,000,000 (Forty Million Pula) excluding VAT and moveable assets.

5. Interested parties will be required to pay a tender participation fee in order to receive a detailed information pack.

6. The Expression of Interest must be submitted by email to: dabilo@bread.co.bw

7. Expressions of interest should contain the following minimum information:

*Full name and address of interested party

*In the case of a company - certified copies of personal identification documents of directors and significant shareholders

*In the case of an individual – certified copies of personal identification documents

*Bank account confirmation letter

8. The closing date for receipt of the Expression of Interest is Friday 6th September at 17:00hrs.

9. Interested parties will thereafter be provided with details of the tender process leading up to the submission of a binding offer.

10. The tender will be subject to a compulsory site visit – the timing of which will be included in the tender process document.

11. The Seller, the Agent and their representatives will not be liable for any costs whatsoever incurred by the interested participants.
