Xere Cultural music festival brings life to the village

For a small village with little or no recreational sites, the festival was a good gesture and a treat to the residents. They got a chance to see their favourite local artists perform instead of the usual norm of listening to their songs on radios. The artists also did not disappoint as they brought forth their A game to the stage. Amongst artists who delivered a sterling performance was a young man from Hukuntsi named Chokoma who has won a lot of hearts. Together with his artists, they brought life to the event. Local Kwasa Kwasa king, Franco and his dancers also gave the audience a memorable performance.
Later on, the local traditional dance and song group, Culture Spears, led by Kabelo Mongwe, also put up a splendid performance. The group also treated the audience to a performance of its newly released song. Nature BW also did not want to be left behind as he proved to be a worthy promising artist. His talent impressed a number of revellers of who were seeing him for the very first time. The Tlhoma Ka Serethe artist, Monnamogolo wa Thulaganyo, also performed at the event. He even made a competition for the audience to dance his song the way he and his dancers do. DJ KSB served the young audience with a beautiful performance, giving them his good mix.
He kept everyone dancing from the start of his performance until the end. Vee Mampeezy closed the night with his usual energetic performance. Other DJs that took part in the event and kept the audience dancing the night away includes DJ Lefatshe, DJ Feelo, DJ Carter and others. The happiness in the people of Xere at the event more especially the youth who danced to every beat was priceless. The attendees who came out of Xere also enjoyed the night performance as well. Being in the dusty and sandy Xere village and having some time to interact with the villagers and exploring the night festival with them was an experience worthy for many.
