Certain piece of land being Tribal Lot 137, Ramotswa, situate in the Bamalete Tribal Territory, measuring 2942m2 (Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty-Two square meters), which is held under Notarial Deed of Cession N0 MA 48/1995 dated 2nd day of June 1995 made in favour of (BOIKI CYPRIAN MOTSUMI) together with the developments thereon being a 4 (Four) bedroomed house, comprising of One bedroom with ensuite, sitting Room, fitted Kitchen, Dining room, Lounge, Bathroom and Toilet, two guest wing, Swimming Pool, separate double garage with screen wall.
