NOTICE OF AUCTION SALE: VEHICLES AND ELECTRONICS/ COMPUTERS
The world Health Organization (WHO) Botswana Office wishes to dispose by closed auction 3 vehicles and some electronic and computer equipment.

Interested bidders are invited to submit their bids according to the following instructions:
1.Interested bidders can view all items for sale from Thursday 5 September 2024- Thursday 19th September 2024 from 1400-1500 daily except on Fridays.
2.Interested bidders may collect detailed catalogue of all items on sale from Mr. Dumiliso Benjamin or Mr Sean Maswabi at WHO Office on 2nd Floor, MVA Fund Building, Plot 50367, Fairgrounds, Gaborone.
3.Electronic items and Computers for sale do not have a reserve price.
4.Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, labeled with the corresponding LOT number on or before 19 September 2024 by 1230pm at the WHO Office on 2nd Floor, MVA Fund Building, Plot 50367, Fairgrounds, Gaborone.
5.All items for sale will be sold in their present condition, “AS-IS-WHERE-IS” basis and No Guarantee or warranty is given as to its condition of usability.
6.Successful bidders are required to pay the full amount of the winning price and collect the items bought within 5 Calendar days after notification of winning the auction.
7.Bid winners will be responsible for any costs related to de/re-registration and removal of the vehicles from the WHO premises as well as any taxes that may be levied by the Government of Botswana in connection with the sale of the vehicles.
