FLOOR / PLANT MANAGER

Lesedi Boards (PTY) Ltd wishes to recruit a Floor Manager. Candidates are expected to have suitable technical qualifications and a good track record that can be substantiated if required.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills Requirements

The candidate should have at least the following :

*At least a Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

*At least 10 years of experience in the management of plant and/or factory

*At least 10 years of Experience in the management of process flows

*Experience in high-volume mass production in a manufacturing factory with strong manufacturing experience in the operation field, and strong vision for operational excellence

Strategic orientation

The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate to any site within Botswana.

Remuneration will be market related and commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
