HEAD INSTRUCTOR/FACILITATOR

EcoTraining (Pty) Ltd is a leading provider of accredited and endorsed training programmes in the fields of nature guiding, wildlife conservation, and ecotourism.

We are seeking an experienced Head Instructor/Facilitator to join our team. The candidate will be required to Manage our Botswana Training Camp, facilitate and assess a variety of Wildlife and Safari Guide Courses. These courses are accredited with the Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA), Field Guides Association of Southern Africa (FGASA) and others.

As an Instructor (Facilitator) you will be required to provide an inspirational, immersive learning experience to reconnect people with nature and deliver the best possible learning experience to our students. The delivery needs to be done in line with the course curriculum and reflect our company's values.

The offer of employment is for a permanent, full-time position as Head Instructor at EcoTraining Botswana (Pty) Ltd. The requirements are: a minimum of 10 years of Guiding experience, Guide License from the Botswana Wildlife Conservation and National Parks as a Professional Guide. A relevant qualification from the Botswana Wildlife Training Institute and /or Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA) is required.
