PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: Certain piece of land being Tribal Lot 1155, Mogoditshane, measuring 2200m2 (Two Thousand Two Hundred Square Metres) which is held under Notarial Deed of Cession and Delegation No. MA846/2014 dated 2nd day of October 2014 made in favour of WOODMEAD INVESTMENTS (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED together with the developments thereon being a single-storey industrial building, with adequate office space, toilets and stores within a fully walled industrial plot.
