NOTICE OF INTENDED

CHANGE OF MARITAL REGIME

(In terms of section 8(1) of the Married Persons Act, Act 12 of 2014)

BE PLEASED TO TAKE NOTICE THAT:

1. Kelebogile Land and Anthony Michael Land married out of community of property on the 16th of December 1990 in Kanye, wish to change their matrimonial property regime from out of community of property to in community of property.

2. The parties intend to make an application to the High Court of the Republic of Botswana following the expiration of the three (3) weeks’ notice period from the date of first publication hereof.

3. Any person or creditor who may have an interest in the assets and/or liabilities of the parties’ individual and separate estates, should they have any objection to the above-intended change, should inform the parties’ attorneys, Briscoe Attorneys, at their undersigned address, of any such objection before the expiration of the said three (3) week period, or make representations before the High Court of Botswana once the contemplated application is lodged.
