PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: 1st Defendant’s right, title and interest on certain piece of land being Lot 67857, Gaborone, situated in the Gaborone Administrative District, measuring 551m2 together with developments thereon comprising of a four bedroomed house, lounge, dinning room, kitchen, scalary, guest toilet, bathroom, double garage, sevant’s quarter, paved yard, boundary-wall with electrict fence held under Deed of Transfer No. 3306/2016 dated the 21st day of December 2016 made in favour of MOCHA MAMAS INVESTMENTS (PTY) LTD;
