The inaugural conference organised by Quick Click Consultancy, is set to be held next week from October 16 – 15, 2024 at Boipuso Hall at Fairgrounds. In an interview, Carlies Ralegoreng who is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Quick Click stated that there is a niche for this type of conference as mindset has been overlooked in most conferences that have been held.

“This conference is a direct response to President Masisi’s call for mindset change as a critical enabler for achieving Vision 2036 and the Reset Agenda,” he said.

Ralegoreng elaborated that the multi-sector mindset change evolution conference not only adopts Botswana’s strategy of A re Chencheng but will aid in Batswana being more advanced and positioning Botswana well internationally.

“The theme of this year’s conference, ‘Pioneering Leadership for Botswana’s Tomorrow’ reflects our ambition to drive forward-thinking strategies and mindset shifts that will enable our nation to thrive in an increasingly dynamic global landscape,” Ralegoreng said.

Moreover, he said that the conference will play a pivotal role in Botswana’s journey toward a future that is marked by innovation, leadership, and sustainable development. As the conference takes the name multi-sector, Ralegoreng stated that in this conference that’s coming up next week, no sector will be left behind as they plan to accommodate them all.

“The conference will bring together leaders, decision-makers, professionals, and thought leaders from various sectors including education, healthcare, business, governance, and technology,” he said. He pointed out that the reason behind including as many sectors as they could is to ensure that the goal is to create a platform where innovative strategies and transformative thinking can take center stage.

Ralegoreng shared that some of the key points the conference will focus on include leadership development, entrepreneurship & economic inclusion, strategic reforms & innovation, and collaboration across sectors.
