Qualified candidates are invited for the following positions:

SITE AGENT

Key responsibilities:

Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Creating and managing construction schedules to ensure that tasks are completed on time.

Allocating resources such as labour, materials, and equipment efficiently ensures that construction progresses smoothly and according to schedule.

Monitoring project budgets and expenses, ensuring costs are kept within budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science Honours Degree (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Post-graduate training in the following:

Project Risk Management

Introduction to MS Project

Claim & dispute Management (FIDIC, NECC, JBCC, GCC)

FIDIC Conditions of contract – Dispute Adjudication Boards (ACEB/FIDIC/BQA)

Graduate Diploma in Project Management

Valid ERB and practising certificate.

Experience

With 20 years of experience, including 10 years as a Civil Engineer in construction projects and 10 years as a Site Agent in construction-related projects, and bring a wealth of expertise to the field.
