FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Job Overview

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing the Finance and Sales functions of the entity.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Timeous and accurate financial reporting to the Board of Directors

Ensuring operational oversight, driving and growing sales, identifying and implementing cost efficiencies

Building new and existing business relationships with various stakeholders

Productivity improvement, cost control and continuous improvement of the company’s performance

Effective management of staff

Qualifications and Experience

Preferably Cost and Management Accountant(CMA) or Chartered Accountant(CA) with relevant qualifications and experience as per below

Graduate-: Preferably Bachelor of Commerce

Professional Qualification: Associate member of Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants or ACA/ACCA or Associate Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) or equivalent professional qualification.

Eight to Ten (8-10) years of post-qualification experience.
