Property to be sold: Certain piece of land being Lot 34261, Gaborone; situated in Gaborone West Extension 36; measuring 1163m² (One Thousand One Hundred and Sixty-Three Square Metres). Held under Deed of Transfer No. 581/2012 dated 20th March 2012 made in favour of Tullie Investments (Pty) Limited.Together with development thereon being a 4 bedroomed house, master ensuite, sitting room, open plan Kitchen, scullery, common bath, study, swimming pool, all rooms fitted with air conditioners screen wall with electric fence and paved yard, attached servants quarter and double garage.
