The event also equipped local creatives with knowledge and skills on how to monetise their arts. Lesang said she got the drive and inspiration to do great things from her late father. She added that the inspiration to come up with Tales and Tea With Kethamile was seeing how little the government gave the arts and culture support. Moreover, she explained that she was an artist, a poet to be precise, she said it hit home on how they struggle as upcoming artists. She said being her father's daughter made her believe everything was possible. The event attracted a handful of guests with big names in the art industry.

These include Zeus Deuce, a popular Hip Hop artist and the first Motswana to be featured in Big Brother Mzanzi who also participated in the first panel discussions. It also had Dr Lame Pusetso, a spoken word poet, award winning author, CEO of PoeticBlood Publishers and Botswana Literature Awards and Goitsemang Khutsafalo, who is an RB2 radio presenter and an author. Based on their line of work they talked about ideation, writing and documenting. The second panel had Eddy Mihigo, who is a creative consultant and Founder of Know The Ledge BW and Benjamin Raletsatsi, who is the managing director of the Miss Botswana organisation. They shared insights about Creative Management. The last panel had DJ Laninah Benz, a DJ and a presenter at Yarona FM.

According to Lesang, she learnt a lot as an upcoming artist, more especially the do's and don'ts that she should consider in the art industry in order to monetise her arts. 'We will be hosting the seminar annually and we'll be hosting an acoustic event twice in a year. So next year we will be at it again. I think the attendees benefitted a lot from the Tales and Tea With Kethamile Creative Networking Seminar since we invited guests who had made a good name for themselves in the arts and creative industry. We had three topics and the first topic was specifically for authors, people who want to start writing books but do not know where to start, lyric and music composers. The topic was Ideation Writing/Documenting, Publishing and Distribution,' she said.

The second topic was about the art consultants and how those authors and writers could protect themselves whilst monetising their craft. It was titled, Creative Management, Royalties and Law Enforcement while the last topic was for content creators and people who wanted to learn how to market or sell their arts and how to target consumers. The topic was Mass Media Marketing Content Creation and Journalism. 'Hosting such a big event would not have been successful without my sponsors from Seedpod Capital, Hustlers Ambition Ecosystem and Poiesis Apparel together with my amazing team April Maika, Koketso Eunice Kgotla, Itumeleng Botlhoko and Fredrick Mackenzie. I also want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who was supporting me to host a successful event like Blaxkhippy Entertainment and everyone who attended the event,' she ended
