PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: Certain piece of land being Lot 8811, Block 9, Mogoditshane, situate in the Bakwena Tribal Territory, measuring 1003m2 (One Thousand and Three Square Meters) which is held under Deed of Transfer No. 468/2014 dated 12th day of February 2014 made in favour of PETER THEMBINKOSI JOHNSON together with the developments thereon being a 2 (Two) bedroomed house comprising of a master bedroom, bathroom with toilet, kitchen, sitting room, resting place, garage, parking place with electric fence.
