PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: Certain piece of land being Lot 22564, Gaborone, situate in the Gaborone West Extension 16, measuring 450m2 (Four Hundred and Fifty Square Metres) which is held under Deed of transfer No. 1911/2006 dated 15th day of August 2006 passed in favour of SUSAN ITSENG SEGOSEBE together with the developments thereon being a 3 (Three) bedroomed house comprising of sitting room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet. Second house with (2) Two bedroomed house fitted wardrobes, fitted kitchen, sitting room, toilet and bathroom. Paved yard, screen wall, electric fence and car shade.
