PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: Certain piece of land being Lot 3845, Kumakwane, situate in the Bakwena Tribal Territory, measuring 574m2 (Five Hundred and Seventy-Four Square Metres) which is held under Memorandum of Agreement of Lease No. TL 19/2016 dated 20th day of July 2016 passed in favour of THATO HENDRICK together with the developments thereon being a 3 (Three) bedroomed house comprising of Master en-suite, two other bedrooms, fitted, kitchen, sitting room, bathroom and toilet, guest toilet, Paved yard and electric fence.
