A SERVICE CONTRACT FOR LOT 1: REVIEW OF ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE, AND LOT 2: REVIEW OF REMUNERATION POLICY AND STRUCTURE FOR LOCAL ENTERPRISE AUTHORITY

TENDER REF NO: LEA 005/2024-2025

In accordance with statutory instrument No. 23 of 2020, this procurement is reserved for citizen contractors with an annual turnover not exceeding P10 million.

This is an open domestic tender, and offers are invited from Citizen Contractors which are registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority under the following codes:

Code: 317 Other Consultancies Services sub code 01 Management Consultancy Services OR

Lot 1: Code 315 Human Resource Services sub code 01 Organisation design and change management.

AND OR

Lot 2: Sub Code 02 Job evaluation, compensation & reward management and 03 Human resources policy.

A non-refundable deposit of P300.00 is required for the purchase of the tender documents. Youth owned companies shall pay half of the tender price, copy of Identity Card (Omang) and CIPA company extract must be attached for verification.

The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 10:00hrs on 6th December 2024. Tenders should be hand delivered to Local Enterprise Authority (LEA) Head Office situated at Lot 70667, Fairscape Precinct, Ground Floor Unit 3B. There will be no public bid opening.
