The two meet at a time when the red side of Gaborone is under tremendous pressure following below par performances since the season begun. The midweek game against struggling TAFIC was seen as a do or die tie for GU if they were to see themselves catching up with other title rivals. Even struggling TAFIC came all the way to Gaborone to pile more misery on the title favourites. The two sides played to a 0-0 draw on Wednesday, leaving many GU supporters disappointed. They had hoped that the match against TAFIC would give them a morale booster before they take on Rollers tomorrow.

Although they have also had a bad start to the season, Rollers have managed to recover, three matches into the season, and will go into tomorrow's game as favorites. They however were also not successful in collecting maximum points on Wednesday as they drew with Wonder Sporting in Molepolole.During one of their meetings last season, GU humiliated their city rivals, 4-1 in a one sided Mascom Top 8 semi-final match. Tomorrow's clash promises to be a thriller with GU looking to bounce back by beating their fiercest rivals while Rollers still have last season's huge defeat in mind.

Edwin Olerile will be facing his old teammates for the first time since joining GU at the start of the season. Rollers have remained the only other Premier League team he has played for besides GU, and will most likely come face to face with Sekhana Koko on the flanks. Another interesting duel is that of Ronald Chikomo and Oscar Ncenga. At the time of going to press, Rahman Gumbo was heavily linked to David Bright's job although GU have shot down the reports. Log leaders, Mochudi Centre Chiefs maintained their perfect run in the league on Wednesday, thrashing Extension Gunners 3-0 in Lobatse. Chiefs have now collected 18 points out of six games.

They take on Nico United this Sunday at the UB Stadium. Nico bounced back from the 4-0 humiliation at the hands of Rollers to beat BMC 1-0 on Wednesday.  BDF XI are breathing on Chiefs' neck with 15 points after overcoming Miscellaneous at Palapye Swallows Ground. While many teams have struggled to come out of the dusty venue with maximum points, BDF XI has already collected six this season. They beat both Motlakase and Miscellaneous. This Sunday they host Notwane at SSKB Stadium. The other game on Sunday will feature Gunners against Uniao Flamengo Santos at the New Lobatse Stadium.

TAFIC take on Miscellaneous in Francistown tomorrow while Wonder host FC Satmos at SSKB Stadium. BMC will play their second league match of the season when they take on ECCO City Greens tomorrow in Lobatse.Orapa United face Motlakase Power Dynamos at Itekeng Stadium. All the games kick off at 4:00 pm.
