The team was docked six points last week and fined P10, 000 for taking a football matter to court.
BDF XI chairperson Boikanyo Addens said they had received the written judgement and were studying it before making a decision.
'We just received the judgement yesterday and we are still studying it. I cannot tell when we will make a decision as we have to meet other stakeholders,' Addens said.
There was widespread outcry over the docking of points as most fans felt a fine was appropriate.
However, BDF XI is constrained by FIFA statutes and the BFA rules and regulations from taking the matter to court. A suspension will kick in once the matter is referred to a court of law.
The decision to deduct six points from BDF XI saw the former league leaders drop to third, delivering a hammer blow to their title aspirations.
