The court heard that police arrested Yotami Monalisa and Adijah Mbaki, both 35 years-old, on January 5 at Bontleng location after they could not account for goods found in the car they were travelling in.

The goods exhibited before court were 12 bars of Protex soap, two litres of Olive Oil, 12 Nivea body lotions, one pair of sandals, three pairs of school shoes, 20 tins of Kiwi black polish, a bundle of black refuse bags, five panties, three Morteine spray cans, nine bottles of Blue Seal Vaseline, one litre of Fruitree juice and a flat screen Samsung television set.
