The rejected appeals were from Palapye, Gabane/Mmankgodi and Selibe-Phikwe East constituencies.
While refusing to disclose the contents of the report, the BCP secretary general Dr Kesitegile Gobotswang yesterday confirmed that the appeals tribunal has concluded its work and handed over the recommendations to the central committee.
'I cannot disclose or discuss about it because we have to discuss about it.
'The other issue is that we have to communicate with all appellants about the outcome of the appeals,' he said.
According to a party insider, the appeals committee found that there was no evidence to justify nullifying the results of the December primaries.
The tribunal has however recommended re-runs for three wards Tutume South ward in Nkange, Kopano in Selebi-Phikwe West and Mmaphula in Palapye.
Mmegi has learnt that the BCP central committee will meet today to assess the report.
By yesterday, the appellants had not yet received any information about the outcome of their appeals.
Members of Appeals Tribunal are Friday Leburu (chairperson) Oral Mosedame, Brians Kwadipane (secretary), Dr Bongani Gumbo and Phaladi Zacharia.
