The celebration started on a high note that morning with some eye-catching acrobatics on the biker wheels.

The main attraction was the jaw-dropping performance by South African bikers Brian Capper and Le Riche as they raced in motorbikes and later showcased a few motorbike tricks and stunts.

After the motorbike performances, it was the braai festival.  Meat was in abundance with patrons braaing as much they wanted.  The crowd was kept alive by DJs including Groove Cartell, Zoe Harvey, Myza, Phou BNoi, Arch Duke and Pex.

While others were busy braaing meat and enjoying the music, others were having picnics with their loved ones and spending quality time together.

With all these fun activities taking place, many were anxiously waiting for the evening to commence so that their favourite artists could perform.

Their anticipation was cut short when one of South Africa’s greatest music icons PJ Powers mesmerised the crowd with her famous golden oldies.

Then appeared yet another SA group, Big Nus, the Durban kwaito outfit that managed to get everyone dancing to their hits Umlilo, Inazo and Happy Song.

The master of ceremony was Vic Pardal DStv’s Mzansi Ridez former presenter.

The organisor of the show, Ndumiso Kgosikhumo, later told Showbiz that the success surpassed their expectations.
