Absolut Elyx lounge launches

Entertainment on the night came from South Africa-based DJ Fresh (Thato Sikwane).
Upon entry, patrons were treated to shots of the Absolut Elyx, which received a lot of appreciation from the immaculately dressed patrons.
Absolut Elyx is a new super-premium single-batch vodka from the makers of Absolut. Every batch is produced in a hand-operated distillery since 1929.
General Manager of Espretto, Rupert Ellott, told Showtime that the opening of the lounge caters for those who want to have a private outing whilst enjoying the Gaborone city centre view.
“Basically the area caters for those who want to have fun whilst relaxing on sofas.
We are known to have excellent customer service. This surely should be the place to be,” he said.
DJ Fresh set the mood high, serenading revellers who flocked the dance floor, dancing to the latest hits and dance infused sounds. The lounge will officially begin its operation this week. Amongst those who attended the event, was Yarona fm’s duo Dollar Mac and Mimi Mokgwathi.
Showtime has been informed that the drive time presenting duo on Faki’ Safety Belt show, which airs weekdays from 3pm to 6pm, will be split with the ongoing restructuring at the radio station.
Although Showtime could not establish why and where the energetic presenters will be slotted, it has been hinted that one of the presenters is set to host the morning show.
The two who hosted the Yarona fm Music Awards nominee announcements recently, have been presenting the show together for over a year.
Dollar Mac has been on radio for 12 years.
