Watched by millions of viewers on the BBA plartform, T-Izzy played music from hip hop sensation, Scar, Channel O award winner Zeus amongst others to the much appreciation of the Botswana representatives Sheilla and Goitse.
The Friday night party gives an opportunity for each participating country to bring its finest DJ to entertain the hotshots housemates.
Before leaving for South Africa, the radio presenter told Showtime that he would not change his set, that he would maintain being himself and would not be pressurised by the fact that he was going to be watched by people all across Africa.
The newly wed said, ‘I am going to be myself. I was told that trying to change at that stage could affect my set, so I decided to be myself and just be me. Hopefully promoters will like what I offer.’
Before leaving for BBA, T-izzy exercised his right and voted for his prefered government and tweeted to his followers “Voted early AM now I’m off to @BigBroAfrica for DJing at 2nyts house party.”
During his set T-Izzy received a lot of compliments from local artist and promoters praising him for giving preference to local music.
