Mascom Live Sessions Sizzles with Mi Casa

The 24th installment of the Mascom Live Sessions, was headlined by the group, with local rapper Game ‘Zeus’ Bantsi and DJ Kuchi as support acts.
The racially diverse audience comprised of both the young and old who had the time of their life singing and dancing along to the songs.
Ma Afrika hit maker’ Zeus kicked off the show as he performed his hit singles to the growing crowd, which was spilling out across the courtyard.
DJ Kuchi later took to the ones and twos, as he put up an electrifying act spinning the decks.
He played some of the latest dance songs much to the audience’ delight.
The energetic DJ set the stage for Mi Casa, who dished material from their previous album which went double platinum. Their album titled Su Casa was South Africa’s most downloaded album within hours of its release. Songs like Jika, These Streets and their latest single, Your Body, proved to be a hit among the crowd who sang along jovially.
The youthful band surprised many when they performed classic hits by the legendary Brenda Fassie, and did an enactment of Chris Brown’s popular song, Loyal.
