DJ King to launch hit single Lereme

Speaking to Showbiz, DJ King said that his single Lereme is going to be launched at Lady Khama Centre in the Bamangwato capital on March, 27.

The launch is going to feature among others Trademark and Zinhle Ngidi both from South Africa, Atlasaone ‘ATI’ Molemogi, DJs Bino and Mmoloki ‘Franky Jay’ Lemogang.

“I have been working round the clock to secure a launch venue and working on logistics.  I am now happy that I kickstart the launch, which I hope will be countrywide,” said DJ King.

He further said that from his hometown, he will take the launch to the mining town of Selebi Phikwe on March 28, where he will feature Trademark, Zinhle and DJ Bino.

The fiery DJ said that he intends to take the launch all over the country because he wants to brand himself as one of the top DJs in the country.

“I have realised that many people know my name but they have never seen me perform live so I believe it’s high time I brand myself and show myself all over the country,” he said.

The DJ revealed to Showbiz that he hopes to produce seven singles that are going to be compiled into an album by the end of the year.

“I have to make sure that all my singles are hits so that I release a hot album that will make me a name to reckon with,” said the hard-working youthful DJ King.

Ever since winning Miller Sound Clash, the status of DJ King has risen rapidly making him one of the most sought after DJs in the country.

His itinerary shows that March is going to be one of the busiest months for the industrious artist. This weekend, he is also scheduled to perform at BUIST alongside the likes of Black Motion, La Timmy, Crispin, Dramaboi and ATI. He is also expected to perform at the Miller All White Party at on March 14 at a yet to be confirmed venue.

The DJ is slated to perform at the high profile Summer Explosion Reloaded that features acts like Black Coffee, Cassper Nyovest, Trademark, ATI and Crispin the Drummer in the lineup at Fairgrounds at the beginning of next month.
