At beMOBILE we love talking football and as a major player in the digital space, we have a number of platforms to engage with fans and start conversations around the Beautiful Game.

One of those we will be having in the next few weeks is the bePLAYER of the Season, which will be voted for by fans.

 It’s the first time Botswana football supporters will be given this fantastic opportunity that also comes with it the chance to win a major prize.

 beMOBILE understand the value and importance of communication, and we have created a number of ways for fans to engage with us as we continue our exciting journey through Botswana football.

We have the popular beMOBILE Facebook Page, as well as a special Page dedicated to the beMOBILE Premier League where fans can get all the latest news and views on the domestic game.

 Likewise, we are also talking to you on Twitter (@beMOBILEbw), with a brand new account for the beMOBILE Premier League (@beMOBILEPREMLEAGUE). We would love your feedback!

And what’s more, we are using the more visual mediums in YouTube (beMOBILEbw) and Instagram (tbc) to bring the game to life for Botswana football fans.

 Supporters will be able to follow the voting process for the bePLAYER of the Season on these platforms, as well as the latest score updates score and topical football issues related to the Botswana Premier League, where we have some exciting initiatives to share.

We understand how important it is to engage with our consumers and listen to their voices.

 These platforms offer us the perfect vehicles to do that and we are delighted with the reaction of Botswana football fans to them.

 The Beautiful Game has given us the opportunity to really drive the conversation and engagement with football loving fans and talk the language they appreciate.

We aim to keep supporters informed and let them enjoy the drama and excitement of the beMOBILE Premier League close up and on their mobile devices.

Botswana football fans now have an opportunity to cast a vote for the ‘bePLAYER of the Season’ and get recognised.

Supporters will be able to have their say via an SMS promotion, which will allow fans to vote for the player they believe has lit up the BPL this season.

A fan can walk away with P20 000 if their chosen player receives the most SMS votes and is the winner on the night.

 The player will also be awarded prize-money of P20 000 at the annual ceremony to recognise players and officials for their contribution to the local football.

And it could not be easier to enter, fans simply SMS the ‘name and surname’ of their best bePLAYER of the Season to 13131 and they could walk away with P20 000 for themselves and the player that receives the most votes.
