BK Proctor releases Masterpiece of Duets

“I collaborated with highly gifted and talented musicians from their respective genres of music to fuse their sound with mine,” he said. The album features more than ten musicians from different music genres, including South African jazz maestro Jimmy Dludlu, Botswana’s talented jazz find Samantha Mogwe, Culture Spears, German Dollar, Vee as well as Lister Boloseng.
BK Proctor described his new release as “absolutely historical, in the sense that it’s going to give up-coming and just about any other musicians a perspective of what to do when they think of going into studio to make music. It is going to change the way people look at music”.
The rapper-cum-producer declared that his third offering demonstrated maturity in sound. “I have gained a lot of experience and learnt many things as a producer in the past ten years,” he said.
The musician has entered into a deal with gadgets supplier, Samsung, as a brand ambassador. As part of the deal, consumers who purchase Samsung smart phones at Rail Park would also get a copy of the new release. The rapper is also working on the production of a DVD for the new album, which is expected to come out in September. He is also planning a national tour to promote the new release album. The album has songs such as Good morning, Giroriya, Mogwana, The Chase and Zoom.
Listed among the respected local producers, BK Proctor has produced for a number of local and international artistes.
