This event will be held at the Botswana Craft tomorrow. Event organisers yesterday told Showbiz that there were less than 100 tickets left.
The international artist, popularly known as “Tuku” is no stranger to the Botswana Craft stage. In the past, his shows received massive turn-out. His followers and fans are eagerly waiting for tomorrow with most seen posting pictures of their tickets to the show on social media.
It remains to be seen if Sibonge will match Tuku’s flair because her only credential is winning position one in My Star, a local music talent search show, whose prize included recording an album in London.
However, her angelic voice is set to blow attendants away, proving why she was crowned the winner of the music show. She has been spotted as a back-up vocalist appearing in local jazz shows.
Tuku however needs no introduction. The man famous for his hit song, Todii, has been named by many as one of the pioneers of contemporary jazz in Africa. He has performed all over the world and has many awards under his name.
Mascom Live Sessions started in 2011 featuring an array internationally acclaimed artist including Zahara, Fleshly Grounds, Ringo; and locally Vee, Mafitlhakgosi, Zeus, Kearoma Rantao and others
