Preacher Bae Belts Out New Offering

The heart-warming and energetic Afro-Pop artist revealed that she has been in the genre since 2009 with Ekentolo that was the stable for Culture Spears under Charma Gal.
She noted that Wezzie and Touch Studio assisted her with producing and mastering of her 2018 incomplete album. The album has over 30, 000 views on YouTube with the hit being Mothonyana wame.
“I was not able to finish my 2018 album project so I just reinstated it (project) with some few melodies since it’s a genre that sets you in a quest for freedom and joy,’’ she added.
The album has six songs namely: Jealousy, Team No Sleep, Bogosi jwa Legodimo, God’s amazing love, Lenyalo with Mothonyana wame being the title track.
Preacher Bae stated that Mothonyana wame is the title track because it contains the African rhythm. She said it is a love song which makes it out-standing as it embraces lovers on their journey of life.
“Music adds value to our lives so when I get to write my music, I tend to encourage others through my songs because we endure life’s difficulties. Everyone comes across some hardships so the message I dish out in my music is to motivate others to revive their strength and hope so they keep on striving,’’ she said.
The musician further the revived album consists of her genuine touch of originality with African attire being featured as the dress codes for most music of the video shootings.
“I have worked with Mc Walkman (Jabu ke mo mejemong) throughout the album and it has been amazing because he had the same approach to how I wanted to do my album,’’ added Nchadinyana.
The bubbly Letlhakane-born singer further said that besides singing she is also involved in making African attire and Deco designs.
“I also want to urge up-coming artists to be original and determined at what they passionately do,’’ Preacher Bae concluded.
