The-24 year-old from Mmadinare, who has been quiet in the music circle for some time, has finally announced that he will in a few days release singles titled Bapa Le Nna Suzana and Phapha.

Motlha, who just recently renewed his contract with Roc Lefatshe Records pointed out that he is more than happy to go through this journey once again under Roc Lefatshe Records.  “Generally, my message behind these songs is just to let the people know about my journey as an artist signed under Roc Lefatshe, how it has been the past two years,” Motlha said in an interview.

“Being an independent artist did not come with much benefit compared to being signed under a record label. I didn’t have a representative to book gigs and organise interviews for me. I also have people who deal with the financial part of being an artist, that on its own has meant a whole lot to me and also showed me the ins and outs of the music industry,” he philosophised.  He said he has something that he has been working on. “I have collaborations with international artists such as Zanda Zakuza,” Motlha revealed.

Motlha’s producer and manager Suffocate said having to work with Motlha since 2017 was a success.

“What other record labels do in five years we were able to do  at a sprint of 2 years,” he boasted,” he said.

Suffocate said given that he was there at the foundation of Motlha’s career, it was only fit that they carry on with the contract so as to give the people what they want and also create a better content.
