Dynamites want action to be taken against Kutlwano arguing Chaba was a defaulter and not eligible to play upon her return from Egypt. Committee chairperson, Ndibo Lebala told Mmegi Sport yesterday that the matter has not been finalised. He said the committee had made a ruling which was forwarded to the executive committee.

“The executive felt that there was something that we had overlooked and they sent the ruling back to us. The committee has not met because the members have their own commitments. We expect the matter to be resolved next week if things go according to plan,” said Lebala.

According to information reaching Mmegi Sport, Dynamites had written a letter to BVF to enquire about the points which they were awarded after initially winning the case against Kutlwano. Dynamites chairperson, Mpho Tlhaselo said BVF ignored the enquiry.

“We did not know anything about an appeal that was said to have been made by Kutlwano and we do not know the grounds of the appeal. All is shrouded in secrecy,” Tlhaselo said.

He said from the letter they had seen, Kutlwano had appealed on a technicality that Dynamites were not represented by the contested game’s captain, Jestinah Moyo at the hearing that ruled in Dynamites’ favour. He added on the day they were advised by the Games Organising Committee chairperson and BVF’s officer Peaceful Seleka that the vice captain Kesego Paul could attend in place of the captain who was held up. “They advised that as long as the vice captain also played the match she could represent the club. We are shocked to learn today that the appeal by Kutlwano was based not on the merits of our case against them, but on the fact that the wrong captain attended the hearing,” Tlhaselo said.
