Drago signs one year deal with Sankoyo

Sankoyo communications manager, Phemelo Saleshando said they signed a one year deal to be reviewed depending on his performance at the end of the season.

Team manager, Onalenna Ditlhakanyane said the performance-based contract was signed last week. Ditlhakanyane said the Serbian’s main target is to finish in the top eight in the league as well as improve the quality of the team.

In the last campaign, Sankoyo finished 12th with 35 points. Ditlhakanyane is however hopeful that with the squad, the team stands a chance to quality for the top eight.  Sankoyo signed their former midfielder, Wabuya Aebe and defender Thobo Motheng who had a short stint at Orapa United. New arrivals also include Andrew Shadrack from GU and Deco Kgaodi from Lobatse giants, Extension Gunners.

Ngurungu have welcomed back former captain Modiredi Matengu, on loan from Township Rollers. Former Under-23 player, Ogomoditse Bauleni has also reportedly arrived from TAFIC in addition to two Zimbabwean players, Walter Sande, a midfielder and striker, Ellenmore Rhaoppozzoh.
