Tigi hit maker to headline Classic Affair

Sands has been one of the most trending international artists in the country after he released his hit banger Tigi which has become an anthem played at different night spots and radio stations.
This will be the Swati native’s debut performance in the county. “We decided to select Sands to be the international headlining act because his music caters for people from different backgrounds. Remember Affair is meant for people from different backgrounds,” said Bofelo Segotso who is coordinating the event.
Classic Affair is a gold-based event that will be fused with fashion and music to come up with a lifestyle event. Describing the format of the event Segotso noted that it will start in the morning at 10am with a game of golf (social challenge) that will run simultaneously with a fashion show then followed by a chill session of eating, drinking, mingling and concluded with a music concert that will have the likes of Sands and Kabelo Tiro perfoming.
“We fused all these activities into one event so people can appreciate each other. Golf is perceived as a boardroom game for MDs and CEOs, we want people to appreciate it. We also want golf people to appreciate the fashion and music people.” He noted that the fashion show will be hosted separately in fashion marquee and local fashion designers will be showcasing their various collections. Apart from fusing together different lifestyle elements Segotso stated that with this event they are also trying to change the landscape of events in the country and make them attract a wide audience from different countries. The lifestyle-oriented event will be awarding the best-dressed individuals with different prizes. Rea, Khumo Kgwaadira and Loungo Pitse will host the event.
