Woman disappears at phane harvest

According to the Acting Station Commander, Assistant Superintendent Mopedi Moipolai, the woman went missing on December 28  around Sesulela cattle post. There are so far no leads into the woman's whereabouts and police investigations are still ongoing. Moipolai appealed to phane harvesters to always walk in groups to avoid incidents like this one.In a separate incident, Maunatlala police on Sunday discovered a badly decomposed body of a middle-aged person in the bushes along Lotsane River in Maunatlala. Moipolai said they are still trying to locate the family of the deceased person. He dismissed any links between the body and a person who was reported missing in October last year.
