Giants trample Bears

The in-form Sekate got his third run of the game before Baarongwa Mmapitsa, Motshegetsi Moloi, Kgotla Ntsie and Oteng Sesupo added others.The top four was Bears' most fruitful inning as they managed to score five runs.Their runs came through Motse Taunyane, Tsaone Modukanele, Simon Jautse, Karabo Motsholathebe and Kealeboga Sesiro.

The match had to be decided by penalties after the two tied on runs in regulation time.

The win saw Vikings stretch their unbeaten run to four games and move closer to a top four finish. Police women started the game like a house on fire with two quick innings in the top one inning. Vikings were strong in the bottom of the inning and scored three runs. Throughout the game, the two sides kept the score margins close.Police who have been in top form in recent matches failed to get their usual rhythm.Their men's side emerged 4-0 victors against Vikings.
